Antony has over 20 years of experience in senior executive roles across multiple industries, from startups to ASX listed corporations. Antony’s key strengths lie in his successful ability and track record in building and transforming businesses.

Antony is focused on leading Provender to deliver innovative, unattended retail solutions for Australian businesses. Antony has a clear vision for Provender: elevate Provender from a vending machine company to a progressive, solutions-led business with an exciting range of unassisted retail options. With his highly experienced team in the industry, Provender has developed a customer base of many of Australia’s largest corporate organisation and established Provender’s national footprint via its ever expanding franchise operation across Australia.

Simon has worked in the vending industry for more than 20 years, over 10 of which have been at Provender. During this time Simon has built up a wealth of contacts and has the extensive industry knowledge to keep Provender at the forefront of the latest developments in micro markets and vending machines capabilities and technologies to develop great solutions for our customers.

Rhys manages our technology roadmap to deliver leading edge unattended retail technology to our customers and franchise networks and manages our technical and warehouse team. He is responsible for our vendor relationships with our key technology suppliers. Rhys has been a key part of the Provender team for over 10 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology systems.

Ram has over 20 years of experience working in accounting and finance for both small businesses and large corporations including 6 years at HP.

As the Chief Financial Officer, Ram is responsible for Provender’s overall financial management and the day-to-day operations of the finance department. Ram is a member of CPA Australia, The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants – ACMA (UK) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Stefan has more than 20 years of experience in Franchising and business expansion. Stefan manages, nurtures, and develops our Provender franchise owners. Before joining Provender, Stefan ran his own successful franchise with Harvey Norman and worked as a franchisor in the high-volume freight industry. This gave Stefan in-depth experience and knowledge to understand better and guide our franchise owners to achieve profitable outcomes. He is also accountable for franchise compliance, franchise sales growth and aims to increase the value of each of our franchises.

Tina has a background in Sustainability and is always looking for new ways to deliver more cost-effective and energy-efficient vending solutions to our customers. She works with the Franchise Management Office team and franchisees to ensure operations run smoothly. Tina is also responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and a Master’s in Environmental Management.

With over 20 years of industry knowledge, Damian is an accomplished and experienced senior manager in franchising within various sectors and roles. Having also experienced the life as a franchisee, Damian is passionate in developing and growing franchisees and franchisors to become successful as one.

With over 10 years of developing retail F&B solutions, Russell has a wealth of knowledge to continuously strive to improve our micro market offer to our clients. Working closely with our Direct and Franchise Network, Russell manages our day-to-day Micro Market division, and our Direct Business nationally.
